On the project

Projekt je zaměřen obecně na aplikace inženýrských principů do oblastí biomedicíny, biologie a bioinformatiky. V těchto oblastech se zaměřuje na konkrétní témata, která jsou dlouhodobě předmětem výzkumu na UBMI. Jde zejména o zpracování a analýzu biosignálů (EKG, EMG, polysomnografie), zpracování a analýzu obrazů z různých zobrazovacích modalit (především optické zobrazování, MRI a CT), výzkum viability buněk pomocí mikroskopických metod a aplikace pokročilých matematických metod pro zpracování a analýzu genomických signálů.
