In cooperation with ESN VUT Brno, Department of Internationalization prepares the Welcome Week. Event for all international students starting their studies at Brno University of Technology.

ESN VUT Brno provides you with help and advice regarding the everyday matters you may deal with before, during, and after your arrival as a new international student. ESN VUT Brno is here for you during the whole semester and organizes various free-time activities to become member of international community within BUT.

Welcome Week for incoming international students in upcoming summer semester 2025/2026 will take place from 2nd till 8th February 2026. 
All information regarding the Welcome Week, registration and other ESN VUT Brno activities will arrive to email of all incoming students (check your also your spam foder).

The registration will start on 14th January,  3pm CEST. Do not miss it out!

We are happy to announce that Brno Expat Centre will be part of Monday morning´s programme and will bring you lot of interesting information regarding your upcoming life in Brno!

Please visit ESN web for details. Monday programme on 2nd February 2026 is for free and has unlimited capacity. Feel free to join us at the Faculty of Business and Management at 8:45!
