International Teaching Week at Brno University of Technology (BUT)
(Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty od Electrical Engineering and Communication, and  Faculty of Chemistry)

We are delighted to invite academic staff from our partner universities worldwide to join the International Teaching Week 2026, taking place from 19 to 22 October 2026 at Brno University of Technology (BUT) in Brno, Czech Republic.

This international event, jointly organized by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (FSI), the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication (FEKT), and the Faculty of Chemistry (FCH), provides a unique platform for sharing teaching experience, presenting innovative approaches, and strengthening academic cooperation.

Participants will engage in lectures, workshops, and discussions designed to enrich both teaching practice and research collaboration.

International Teaching Week aims to support the international exchange of knowledge and teaching practices while promoting cooperation between partner institutions.

During the week, invited lecturers will:

• deliver classes,
• participate in thematic workshops or discussions,
• engage in networking meetings with faculty members,
• explore opportunities for future collaboration.

Courses are taught in English and integrated into existing study programmes, allowing students to gain international experience without going abroad.
