Learning outcomes

  • Professional knowledge The student will gain an overview of the heating, ventilation and electrical systems used in residential buildings with respect to the EU taxonomy conditions. He/she will also gain an overview of the methods of rainwater management, hot water treatment and the use of renewable energy sources in these buildings.
  • Professional skills After completing the course, the student will be able to design standard solutions for heating, air conditioning, electrical installation, hot water preparation and rainwater management in relation to the layout and design of the building. In addition, the student will be able to incorporate renewable energy sources suitable for residential buildings into the design.
  • Qualification The student will gain qualification for follow-up courses and education necessary to obtain authorization within Czech Chamber of Authorized Engineers and Technicians Active in Construction at the level of authorized technician.
