In present time the most companies have documented their processes. The main reasons for documentation business processes are the necessity of implementation Quality Management Systems (QMS) as well as effective implementation of Information Systems (IS). The actual question is if the companies know their processes and if are able to manage itself. Following article is focused on possibilities and potential using computer simulation methods of Business Process Management (BPM) - standards IDEF 3, Process Charts or BPMN in practise.
