Originální abstrakt

In this contribution, a circular ring-slot antenna fed by a substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) for wireless body area network applications (WBAN) is proposed. The antenna is low profile, it has an omnidirectional radiation in its plane and it is capable to generate a wave with the perpendicular polarization to that plane. The antenna is designed for the 5.8 GHz band and its impedance matching is very small sensitive to surrounding environment.

In this contribution, a circular ring-slot antenna fed by a substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) for wireless body area network applications (WBAN) is proposed.
