Originální abstrakt

The value analysis is the strategic tool of the Value management, which is used in research, development and innovations of products where the dominant task is to increase the customer value as the ratio between the offered functions and the product costs. In these sphere there is possible to use advantageosly the Value engineering and the Value product strategy, the main target of them is to improve the already existing machine or a new machine and at the same time to decrease its production costs, to increase energetic efficiency, safety etc. The submited paper presents practical approaches and realized projects of machine tool manufacturers in the Czech Republic too.
