Originální abstrakt

The article deals with the new established management discipline - facility management. It is a complex of methods and procedures that allow optimization the support services. The support services are needed to perform the primary activities of business and non-business entities. It applies to the use of building object particular in the operational phase of its life cycle. In the Czech Republic has this discipline only a ten-year tradition. In foreign countries has been developing for over thirty years. The still formation standard is proof. We will follow up the standard in this article.
