Introduction of total hip arthroplasty (THA) to the clinical practice allowed essentially advance in quality of peoples life, however in spite of multiyear tradition, there are still many problems. Doctors have to fight f.e. with fracture of THA, infections in surrounding of replacement or aseptic release of endoprosthesis, which is focused in this work.
