The paper describes the current state of operation of photovoltaic systems in the Czech Republic. The paper is focused on measuring and evaluation of operational characteristics of photovoltaic systems, especially for monitoring operational performance of photovoltaic systems, defined in accordance with the legislative basis for the operation of photovoltaic power plants within Czech Republic.
