Originální abstrakt

This article is focused to description of the small light sources, their characteristics and problems with using them. Furthermore, the article will be focused to description of the measuring workplace, where will be measured the influence of temperature to change the operational parameters of the small light sources. It will be mainly the measurement of the power light diodes. The change of temperature of PN junction will be adjusted by the laboratory apparatus and equipments and at the same time will be measured a change of the operational parameters. The paper will be next supplemented with the processed results of the measured values.

Anglický abstrakt

This article is focused to description of the small light sources, their characteristics and problems with using them. Furthermore, the article will be focused to description of the measuring workplace, where will be measured the influence of temperature to change the operational parameters of the small light sources.
