Originální abstrakt

In this article, we point out several facts that those involved in educating firms' staff and management could find interesting. We present a model for "incubation of individuals" with the help of eLearning. This model is based on a large amount of practical experience gained over the course of several projects: "The Global Marketplace," "MBA with ICT," "Project Management Course within the eLearning Managerial Academy of Czech Telecom," and "eDialog Expertis Prague." The article points out both conceptual issues related to business process modeling ("BPM" below) and its economic aspects. The article also reports on a new method for creating information systems in the areas of eLearning and CRM-the eTriumR technology. What we see is a convergence of knowledge management and educating employees.
