Originální abstrakt

The filtering via the wavelet domain has found many applications in the signal and image denoising area. We employ this method for preprocessing of the radiofrequency (RF) ultrasound signals to improve the contrast and to the speckle reduction. The method is combined with the Wiener filter (WF) approximation. We show that after the application of the method, makes images more convenient for the consecutive edge detection.
