Originální abstrakt

Several model compounds (citric acid, hydroquinone, pyrocatechol, salicylic acid and EDTA), containing functional groups and structure similar to binding sites in structure of humic acids, were chosen for this contribution. Our previous results confirmed that these model substances can be very useful in study of complexation of humic acids with metal ions. High Resolution Ultrasound Spectroscopy (HRUS) is method gaining ground more and more in research of bio-colloids. Interactions of cupric ions with these models are studied by HRUS and obtained results are compared and discussed with previous ones measured by means of different methods.
