In this paper it is presented a new concept of temperature controller for laser head based on the laser diode VCSEL. It was used a fast DSP controller equipped by a self-learning algorithm for identification of the PID parameters of the laser diode setup. During experiments, it was suppressed noise of the temperature controller signal chain below 0.25 mK.
