This paper provides information about the detection of components contained in chemical samples. A principle of the important electroseparate method is presented – isotachophoresis (ITP). In conclusion, it describes the sliding detection system, which helps to improve the preparative process of the analysis. The linear CCD sensor with the extremely great number of pixels is used as a detector.
