Many new e-learning tools have emerged in recent years. Many of them are of a high quality and many of them are released free of charge. Unfortunately, each of them has its merits and drawbacks. Therefore it is quite difficult to get orientated well in all this available features. A choosing a right e-learning tool is usually a matter of a compromise among all the features. This text provides an overview of how students' works can be automatically tested for plagiarism. Furthermore some e-learning tools and their features are described here.
