Originální abstrakt

Fine filler (sand) is one of major portions, which adapts with the production of concrete. From the point of view of the packability of concrete mixture it is important so that the sand would not contain powdered and clay particles by size to 0,060 mm, which in connecting with the cement produce undesirable changes in the properties of concrete mixture. Their content in the sand limited in accordance with ENE 12620 for 3 %. the results of testing showed that during the application of plasticizers on the basis of lignosul'fatov was not observed the significant influence of the quality of fine filler (content of powdered and clay particles) on the packability of concrete mixture during the application of the washed or nepromytogo sand. With an increase in the content of powdered and clay particles in the sand the packability of concrete mixtures deteriorates. This fact can have great significance during the supplying of concrete mixtures by concrete feeding pumps, their piling and packing, and also to additive because of the povyshenomu liquid-water content it can influence the strength of the hardened concrete
