This paper is devoted to the estimation of the costs of penalty payments for various combinations of limits of a guaranteed standard and to the utilization of such estimates for chooosing the worst feeders. Aimed interventions leading to the reduction of the risk of financial losses for the distribution company may then be concentrated just on these feeders.
