Originální abstrakt

This paper suggests an elegant approach to making a current conveyor of good performance that will be pertinent for use in low voltage circuits which are compatible with today's diminishing power supply for VLSI circuits. An alternative new technique of Voltage Driven-Bulk CMOS will be used to remove the threshold voltage requirement of MOS transistors from the signal path, and a device which is similar to the JFET transistor with depletion characteristics is obtained.
