Originální abstrakt

This paper presents a comprehensive approach to teaching microscopic imaging techniques to biomedical engineering students. The curriculum focuses on light microscopy, covering fundamental principles and advanced techniques through practical laboratory tasks. Students gain hands-on experience with various microscopy methods, including stereomicroscopy, phase-contrast, dark-field, polarization, and fluorescence microscopy. The course emphasizes practical skills, critical thinking, and the application of theoretical knowledge, preparing students for diverse roles in research and clinical settings.
