Originální abstrakt

The paper considers a non-linear scalar discrete equation v(k + 1) = v(k) + η(k, v(k)), where k = k0, k0 + 1,... is an independent variable, k0 is a fixed integer, v is an unknown function, and η: {k0, k0 + 1,...}×ℝ→ℝ is a nonlinearity. Examples of such equations with oscillating solutions are considered and analyzed. Sufficient conditions guaranteering the existence of oscillating solutions are derived.
