Originální abstrakt
In this study, high-entropy oxide (Co, Cr, Fe, Ni, Mn)3O4 was synthesized using the solid-state reaction method. The samples were pressed and calcined at 850, 900, and 950 degrees C. Various analytical techniques confirmed the formation of a single spinel phase structure with Fd3m-227 symmetry post-calcination. Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analyses indicated structural stability at elevated calcination temperatures, highlighting the role of entropy in stabilizing and maintaining the single-phase formation. Additionally, electronic and magnetic analyses suggested the potential application of this material as electron-capturing electrodes in photovoltaic devices. Furthermore, the study proposes that tuning the magnetic properties can be achieved by adjusting the material's structural characteristics.
