Abstrakt
Testing stand for bearings accelerated lifetime tests is intended mainly for generation of the datasets of diagnostic signals for later rolling elements bearings state and health status evaluation and prediction. The stand consists of the DC servomotor (serving as a propulsion), the magnetic coupling as a main mechanical transmitter and also as maximal torque fuse, and the bearing housing. Three bearings are placed on one shaft inside the bearing housing – two of them serve as a support bearings and the middle one is the tested bearing, on which the force is applied to fasten the lifecycle of the bearing. Mechanical load is induced by the hydraulic cylinder at a value up to 1,5 kN. Process quantities are measured directly on the tested bearing outer ring (wide band vibrations, temperature) as well as on the bearing housing, like in the real industrial environment (wide band vibrations, surface acoustic wave). Other process quantities are measured in addition – mechanical radial load on the tested bearing, motor torque and bearing moving part distance travelled. As a part of the test stand, a complex NI LabVIEW application has been developed and optimized for control of the motor as well as for all aforementioned data acquisition. Complete dataset including vibration data, acoustic emission data, temperature, torque and load data are present in one dataset as a result of the accelerated lifecycle test.
