Originální abstrakt

The paper deals with an approach to a smooth and precise fundamentalfrequency estimator with voiced/unvoiced decision. Our method is basedon a parametric Harmonic and Noise Model used especially in speechmodification and synthesis. Errors between speech signal andresynthesized ones with different estimations of fundamentalfrequencies are computed. Dynamic programing is used to retrieve thebest path in an "error map". It uses a constant for setting smoothnessof the path. Reliable voiced/unvoiced segmentation can be done usingthresholding of the error.
