Originální abstrakt

Abstract. Penalty method, Lagrange multipliers and their mutual combination are the most used methods in the contact analysis practise. Both these methods have their benefits and drawbacks. This paper presents another method that can be used for solving this Neumann boundary condition problem. This method is based on the preservation of the total energy of bodies in contact. Steps necessary for this approach are described and a numerical example, which demonstrates the principle and correctness of the algorithm, is presented.
