Originální abstrakt

The study deals with the analysis of wear of replaceable cutting inserts during the parting technology. For the experiment three variants of replaceable cutting inserts were used, all from the manufacturer Dormer Pramet s.r.o. Two different materials were parted successively with these inserts. These materials were bearing steel ČSN 14 109 and stainless steel ČSN 17 349. The study includes a description of the cutting test procedure, measurements and analysis of the data obtained. Finally, additional analyses are described to reveal the reasons for the deviations of some of the results obtained.
