Abstrakt

This data processing and simulation technology is focused on data fusion in measurement of optical samples. By combination of high-speed non-contact optical measurements and slow tactile measurements both the desired speed and accuracy will be achieved, even on optical components with large angles. The technology also allows the investigation of roughness and shape deviations of surfaces.
