This article aims to identify key performance indicators which will be used in manufacturing businesses operating in the Czech Reppublic. The condition is that these businesses are already implementing Industry 4.0. Based on the literary research, 24 key performance indicators that primarily affect manufacturing companies in the Czech Republic in the new industrial era 4.0 were defined.

Anglický abstrakt

This article aims to identify key performance indicators which will be used in manufacturing businesses operating in the Czech Reppublic.
