Originální abstrakt

The paper deals with the thermal model of a battery pack made of a phase-change material. The model is based on the finite element method and is created in the ANSYS software. The performed simulations indicate that the maximum temperatures are lower compared to a battery pack made of an ordinary material without the possibility of phase change.
