Originální abstrakt

We present a semi-automatic and a fully automatic method for detection of lipofuscin accumulation zones in autofluorescent images of retina. It is believed that these zones are important in diagnostic process of glaucoma and other ophthalmological changes. We use region growing method and active contour model in connection with some basic image processing methods.
