Originální abstrakt

In this work yeast strains Metschnikowia (M. pulcherrima 145, 147 and 149 and M. andauensis 129) were used for screening of lipid production from waste substrates. As a carbon sources were used: glucose, glycerol and animal fat. The culture media contained different ratio C/N (glycerol or glucose / yeast extract or pepton).
