Abstrakt

SPAIN (Sparse Audio Inpainter) is the novel algorithm for sprasity-based audio inpainting. It is partly based on SPADE (Sparse Audio Declipper), the state-of-the-art for audio declipping, partly it is derived from the general optimization scheme ADMM. Dividing the input signal into overlapping blocks, applying the SPAIN algorithm on them and combining the restored blocks using overlap-add is implemented as a set of MATLAB functions and scripts.
