Originální abstrakt

The aim of the paper is to show new procedures in the field of time-frequency analysis to the wider professional public. The contribution contains analysis and description of the so-called S-transform. This method was used to evaluate feedback of signals obtained by measuring the Vossloh rail fastening. The method can also be used in the development of new fastening systems and their parts, for comparison of different types of rail fastening, etc. At the same time this method can be used for acoustic evaluation and vibrational signals evaluation in a wide range of science and technology.
