Abstrakt

Calculation of mechanical response of a specific constitutive model of rubber-like solids is the subject of the software product. A new software implementation (BBcFIT) is developed according to the customer specification. Compressible version of Bergstrom-Boyce (BB) model is implemented in software environment that enables identification of model parameters from experimental data. A specific test protocol (uniaxial tension with monitored trasversal strain) is implemented. The resulting data are applicable as inputs for ANSYS and LS-Dyna FE solvers.
