The portal Zefis (which is discussed in this paper) evaluates the effectiveness of the company information system (IS) based on the evaluation a questionnaire and using the method, which assesses IS comprehensively. Zefis has recently undergone series of innovations, including the questionnaire structure. The paper presents a critical analysis of the upgraded structure of the questionnaires with a view to supporting corporate sustainability.
