This case study is aimed at parametrical analysis of cooling consumption in the high-rise building. Impact of several parameters such as indoor air temperature, inlet air temperature and using heat recovery of ventilation system in summer period is examined. These simulations are performed in Danish software BSim 2002. Results show that impact of the set indoor air temperature on the total cooling consumption is significant. The total costs are lower when the inlet air temperature is higher that the set indoor air temperature. Using of the heat recovery of ventilation system in summer period also reduces cooling consumption. The heat recovery is in operation only when the operative temperature in the zone is at least 2.0 K lower than the outdoor temperature. It is not useful in the other cases.
