Originální abstrakt

The design aspects of high voltage HF and DC resonant power sources are discussed and some examples of the device exploitation are given. The efficiency higher then 95% can be reached in the case of the HF power source, which is much larger in comparison with conventional "B" class or "C" class amplifiers. The power is controlled by means of an SCR subsystem which produces variable DC voltage. The range of resonant frequency is adjustable from about 900 Hz up to 100 kHz depending on secondary circuit.
