Members of statutory bodies, who act responsibly towards their business partners, even if it is their own property, can not allow a situation to arise where petition for insolvency proceedings is requested by another entity. In this article I came to the conslusion that with the proper prudence and care the statutory body should be always familier with financial result of the past months. New events, interpretations of the law and what is tipically used in practice is summarized in this article.
