Originální abstrakt

This work presents titanium dioxide nanostructured surfaces prepared by anodic oxidation in organic electrolytes containing ammonium fluoride. This method is very cheap, fast, reproducible, and easily tunable. Two approaches were used for fabrication, one-step and two-step anodization of titanium layer, the second one with ultrasonic treatment. The morphology of anodized TiO2 nanostructures was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
