The access of procedure in the management makes possible to manage the particular processes in a better way and to set up the metrics of these processes in a way, so that there were assigned their measures of risk. On the base on these facts it is necessary to assign the aims for the processes improvement with regard to the optimisation of the measure of risk and of the sources necessary for their maintenance. These facts can serve as a tool upon the decision about the accepting or the ascending of risk.
