The paper is based on the experience and knowledge gained as results of own research of the meaning of logistical spiral of product life cycle for contemporary businesses. In the first part, reverse logistics and its role, importance and contribution to strategic management are mentioned. The following section deals with the goals and methodology of possible application of reverse logistics in product life cycle. Finally, the implementation procedures are generalized and the key factors of success and possible faults within this process are discussed.
