The chapter is focused on risk management and ensuring health and safety during the development of new machines. Machine Tools which are placed on the market in EU countries must be in accordance with all relevant legal rules. The machine manufacturer as well as subsupliers of particular components are responsible for this accordance and their responsibility depends on their role which they have in the suppliers chain. All information provided by the manufacturer must be correct, complete and in accordance with all relevant EU regulations. In this chapter is presented system and process aproarch to development safety machine.
