No-Reference Video Quality Tool (NR-VQT) is a software product, offering fast and convenient calculation of several no-reference video quality metrics. For any input video sequence, the values of GBIM (Generalized Block Impairment Metric) and Marziliano blur metric can be calculated. The input file format needs to be supported by ffmpeg - as its compatibility is very broad, the overall usability of the software is quite high. Apart from the metrics described above, also the results of a metric estimating MOS based on compressed bit stream parameters of H.264 AVC can be calculated.
