The paper deals with particular approaches to evaluation of risks in the construction company related with its economic activity. Analysis of the present state in the area of identification and evaluation of risks is carried out in the first part of the paper together with the assessment of the possibility of utilization of particular methods for evaluation of risk in examined area.
