Help for Ukraine

There is a war in Ukraine, so aid must be coordinated, and only the aid that the country requests should be provided. Material aid, which is not centrally organized, accumulates at borders and can be wasted. Other help only burdens its overloaded component. Therefore, please do nothing on your own (collections, pickups, etc.) and keep in mind that this conflict and its consequences will be with us for some time to come.

• If you are an individual donor or want to help otherwise, please visit the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic website, which coordinates offers and requests for assistance for Ukraine on this website: www.nasiukrajinci.cz.
• You can also offer your help to some non-profit organizations that focus on helping Ukraine, such as the Consortium of NGOs working with migrants: www.pomahejukrajine.cz and Česko.Digital: www.stojimezaukrajinou.cz.
• As part of the financial support, you will also find everything in one place via the platform www.darujme.cz.
• If you want to focus your help on Brno in particular, look at Brno for Ukraine. If you want to become a volunteer, you can also use the application MUNI pomáhá, where students and employees from all universities in Brno can apply and help.
