A modern dynamic fitness program generally combines elements of aerobic exercise and Latin American dances. It uses the basic steps of salsa, reggaeton, merengue, cumbia and others (in more advanced classes, elements such as belly dancing or tango are included). The program is based on the principle of interval training, where the brisk part alternates with the slow part, and this combination burns fat and effectively shapes the whole body. This activity is not cardio or strength training.

Compensation for one-sided sedentary work, development and improvement of motor skills and dance skills, development of coordination skills and development of sensory perception and thus mastering the choreography of a given style, skills tied to the rhythm of music.

Pravidla hodnocení a ukončení předmětu

The participant understands the basic meaning behind yoga exercise, knows the basic yoga postures, understand their correct alignment (how to be in the posture correctly) and right breathing and practise with awareness on the body parts, which are used in each posture. Also, knows how to prepare the body for exercise with the right warm up, mind calming techniques and breathing techniques.
Correct practise of Hatha surya namaskar, basic asanas and pranayama techniques (full yogic breathing, anuloma viloma, ujjayi breath, kapalabhati), root lock, meditation and yoga nidra.
