The propulsionmonitoring unit represents an interface between the onborad computer and the enginesensor system. This interface allows for an automated monitoring of thepropulsion. The system integrates a set of sensors of engine quantities in acompact form. Engine data are transmitted in a digital format using theCANaerospace protocol.
