Testing jig is dedicated for surface mount devices parameter verification on the leadless case 0805-6. Testing is focused on measuring of S parameters on the three ports of the case simultaneously - target tested products are duplexers. The jig is optimized for the microwave functionality with the board flexibility in mind, to offer reliable contact to the measured part. Measurement ports are realized as semirigid cables to coplanar waveguide transitions. The functional prototype was developed in frame of project with AVX Czech Republic s.r.o.
