This paper experimentaly evaluates and compares one suitable technique for regularization of inverse acoustic holography calculation with prospective method for estimation of its amount with common techniques based on Tikhonov regularization and L-curve analysis. The unusual method is based on comparison of results of two different algorithms for planar near-filed acoustic holography and subsequent search of accurate estimation of signal to noise ratio in pressure measurements for successful regularization. These estimations have been made on real measurements with MEMS microphone array. Presented results shows possibilities of all tested regularization procedures while using lower grade MEMS arrays for localization of sound sources.
